About Me
A few years ago, after completing college, (14 grueling, wonderful semesters of Dance and Fine Art), I stumbled upon the world of 1/6 Asian vinyl and ball jointed dolls. Like so many artists drawn into this hobby, I became fascinated by the seemingly endless possibilities associated with customizing them. It wasn't long before I began painting as well as collecting and, in 2007, I opened up my own commission shop, Doll Sylph Face-ups. I've been working steadily as a commissionable artist ever since and am loving every minute of it!
I am an active member of the International Ball Jointed Doll Artists Association and, over the past few years, I've had the privilage of working with and learning from several highly respected BJD artists at various workshops, conventions and retreats.
In additon to my work as BJD artist, I also write, illustrate and work part time as a dance and music instructor.
In my free time, I attend anime conventions, cosplay, sing and, of course, play with my dolls!.
